Obrivo Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at obrivo.com! We are committed to getting your new Can Openers and Bottle Openers equipment to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.


 

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship exclusively within the United States. We are unable to fulfill international orders at this time.


 

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and prepared for shipment from our New York facility.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays).

  • Orders placed after our business hours or on weekends will be processed the following business day.


 

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. We offer the following general shipping option:

  • Delivery estimates are based on the carrier's standard timelines and are not guaranteed. They may be subject to minor delays due to unforeseen circumstances or peak holiday seasons.


 

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active after you receive the email.


 

5. Damaged or Lost Orders

  • Damaged in Transit: If you receive your order and the packaging or product is visibly damaged, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at contact@touslex.com. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damage so we can swiftly file a claim with the carrier and send you a replacement.

  • Lost in Transit: If your tracking information indicates that your package is lost or has stalled for an unreasonable amount of time, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package.
