Obrivo Refund Policy

At obrivo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our Can Openers and Bottle Openers equipment. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.


 

1. 30-Day Return & Refund Guarantee

We offer a 30-day window for returns, beginning on the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In the original packaging.


 

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to contact@touslex.com with the subject line: "Return Request - [Your Order Number]".

  2. Provide Details: In the email, please include:

    • Your full name and order number.

    • The item(s) you wish to return.

    • The reason for the return (e.g., Damaged, Wrong Item, Changed Mind).

  3. Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the instructions for mailing your product back to our facility in New York.

Please Note: Do not send your purchase back to us without first obtaining an RMA number, as it will delay the processing of your refund.


 

3. Shipping the Return

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if we provided the return label (only applicable in certain situations).

  • For returns of items over $50 USD, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received a refund after the expected timeframe, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company/bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@touslex.com.


 

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a damaged or defective item for the same product, please send an email to contact@touslex.com with photos of the damage/defect and your order number.


 

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at contact@touslex.com. We will cover all shipping costs to either send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
