We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products that appear at the store as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

2.2. Use of Products The products sold on obrivo.com (Can Openers, Bottle Openers, etc.) are intended for their specified, general household or commercial use. You agree to use the products responsibly and according to any included instructions. obrivo is not liable for any personal injury or property damage resulting from the misuse of any product.

 

3. Order Acceptance and Payment

3.1. Order Acceptance We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

3.2. Payment Terms You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

 

4. Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges

4.1. Shipping We currently only ship within the United States. Shipping timelines and rates are detailed in our separate Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays in shipping caused by the carrier or unforeseen events.

4.2. Returns and Exchanges Our policy allows for returns and exchanges on eligible products within 30 days of delivery.
