Q: What kind of products do you sell? A: We currently specialize in essential kitchen and bar tools, including various types of Can Openers and Bottle Openers. We focus on quality, comfort, and durability in all our products.

Q: How do I care for my can or bottle opener? A: Most of our stainless steel and durable plastic openers can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. For longevity, we recommend hand-washing and immediately drying the item, as continuous dishwasher use may dull the finish or mechanisms over time. Specific care instructions are included with each product.

Q: Are your can openers safe and easy to use? A: Yes. We select products designed for ergonomic comfort and safety. Many of our can openers feature smooth-turning mechanisms and safety designs to minimize sharp edges.

Q: What if my order is damaged or lost in transit? A: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@touslex.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. If your package is lost, please contact us so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
