Return and Refund Policy
At Touslex, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we have made our return and refund process simple and transparent in accordance with US consumer standards.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility Requirements: To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Be in the same condition that you received it (unused, clean, and in sellable condition).
Be in its original packaging.
Include the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Return Shipping & Fees
Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00).
Return Shipping Cost: For "Buyer's Remorse" (e.g., you changed your mind or the item didn't fit your needs), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
Defective/Damaged Items: If the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, Touslex will provide a pre-paid shipping label or cover the return costs.
3. How to Start a Return
Contact Us: Email contact@touslex.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
Authorization: Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific return instructions.

Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Timeline: Please allow 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account or on your credit card statement.
5. Damaged or Defective Items (Exchanges)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us at contact@touslex.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage.
